Om meaning:

Om, Ohm, or Aum is a sacred sound of the divine known generally as the sound of the universe. it is the original 1st sound through which the universe was created and is sustained. Some claim that Om is God in the form of sound. Om is both nothing and everything, the beginning & the end, the good and the bad, the happiness and the sorrow. Om is the all encompassing cosmic vibration of the universe, the essence of ultimate reality, and unifies everything in existence. The vibrations that the Om sound creates are thought to energize the chakras throughout the body, especially the third eye and crown chakras, which help us connect to our Divine selves. There are many benefits to chanting Om every day. These include reducing stress levels, improving concentration, regulating your sleep cycle, letting go of negativity and feeling more energized and invigorated. Both the Om symbol and the Om chant are frequently used all around the world today. The meaning of the Om symbol is very powerful and holds significance because many people can relate to it. The symbol is one of peace, tranquillity and unity and reminds people to slow down and breathe.

Buddha eyes meaning:

The Buddha Eyes, sometimes called the Wisdom Eyes, are ancient symbols of awakened consciousness, divine awareness, and spiritual sight beyond the physical world. Most famously seen painted on the four sides of sacred stupas in Nepal, the eyes gaze outward in every direction symbolizing the all seeing wisdom of the Buddha and the ability to perceive truth beyond illusion. The half closed shape of the eyes represents a state between meditation and awareness, being deeply connected to both the inner and outer worlds at once. Between the eyes rests a spiral or curled symbol often mistaken for a nose, which actually represents the Sanskrit number one which symbolizes the unity of all things and the single path toward enlightenment. Above the eyes is often the urna or third eye, representing higher consciousness, intuition, and spiritual awakening beyond ordinary perception. The Buddha Eyes remind us to look inward, to move through life with mindfulness and compassion, and to see beyond ego, fear, and material distractions. They are symbols of protection, wisdom, enlightenment, and the quiet understanding that true vision comes from the soul itself.
